RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you order have a 14-day replacement and return policy. Only unused, unopened marketable products are eligible for a refund. Please also send a shipping list of your order and the bank account details to which the refund can be paid.
Foreign shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is wrong or faulty, otherwise the customer will cover the shipping costs.
